A prayer is a humble request and has tremendous power to effect change.

In response to any personal feelings of fear, terror, violence, the overall collective subconscious who have these feelings, let us who honestly wish to release them do so.

If you wish to join me in my prayer, or create your own, connect with whatever enegy/being you feel most compassionate for you, then think and feel the words within you. Feel the full feelings of your intention with the words. As you say them, see them shimmer and shine and spinning around and then send them out into the cosmos:

God - please release us from this violence;
please take our terror. Please. Amen.
